Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Full payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Perishable items (vegetables, fruits, dairy, frozen items) are not returnable.
Packaged items can be replaced only if damaged or expired at the time of delivery.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.

Minor variations in size, color, or freshness of natural products are normal and not considered defects.
