Refund & Return Policy

1. General Returns

Due to the perishable nature of grocery products, most food items cannot be returned once purchased.

We accept returns only if the product is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrectly supplied

Past the expiration date at the time of sale

2. Timeframe for Returns

Returns and refund requests must be made within:

24 hours for perishable products (e.g., dairy, produce, meat)

7 days for non-perishable packaged goods (e.g., dry foods, snacks), only if unopened and unused

After the allowed timeframe, refunds or exchanges will not be issued.

3. Proof of Purchase

To process a refund or exchange, customers must present:

Original receipt OR

Order number (for online purchases)

No proof of purchase may result in a store credit only (at store’s discretion).

4. Condition of Products

Opened food items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns of any item that appears tampered with.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment:

Card payments → refunded back to the card

Cash purchases → refunded in cash

Online payments → refunded to the original digital account

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days.

6. Online or Delivery Orders

Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Images of the issue may be required to process the claim.

Refunds or replacements will be issued based on verification.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if:

The item is defective or incorrect

It’s within the allowed return timeframe

The customer requests the exchange instead of a refund

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Store Credits

If the original payment method cannot be refunded (e.g., lost cash receipt), we may offer a store credit valid for 30 days.
